Remote Quick Start

A 2-hour session to get started with your sensor

The Remote Quick Start is an economic and quick way to get started with your SBG inertial sensor. It consists in a 2-hour session with an SBG Support Engineer, using a remote access software (e.g. Teamviewer).

Training

Full training based on your specific needs

Get the most of your sensor with on demand training and benefit from SBG Systems experience in inertial navigation to help you fasten your project development. Training can take place at one of SBG Systems facilities or at a client’s location.

Intervention Days

An SBG Engineer at your side for assistance, installation, and comissioning

Benefit from SBG Systems’ experience to get help for system installation and commissioning, integration, or on-site support. This service can only be done on site, travel time is included.

Secure your Productivity

Check & Calibration

Certify your sensor specifications

The Check & Calibration service includes a quality check, a firmware update, cleaning, and if required, a calibration in temperature and dynamics. A certificate is delivered with the sensor. It guarantees the quality of the sensor data for 3 years.

Warranty Extension

Secure your budget for additional years

All SBG inertial sensors (Ellipse, Ekinox, and Apogee) come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty can be extended up to 5 years. Secure your budget during 3, 4, or 5 years.

Online Technical assistance (phone, email) is free of charge when investing in an Ellipse (with Development kit), an Ekinox, or an Apogee inertial sensor.
