Ellipse 2 Micro IMU is a ultra small-sized Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU).
It embeds 3 gyroscopes, 3 accelerometers, 3 magnetometers, and a temperature sensor. This IMU is extensively calibrated from -40 to 85°C.
Motion & Heave
Ellipse 2 Micro AHRS additionally runs an Extended Kalman Filter to provide Roll, Pitch, Heading, and Heave.
It is calibrated from -40 to 85°C and delivers highly persistent data whether your application is land, marine, or aerospace.
+ Navigation With External GNSS
Ellipse 2 Micro INS runs an Extended Kalman Filter to provide attitude, heading, heave, and navigation outputs.
It connects to an external GNSS receiver and accepts odometer aiding for land applications.

With its ultra small size, the Ellipse 2 Micro provides a constant behavior in all environments thanks to its extensive calibrated from -40 to +85°C. It is also resistant to shock and vibrations < 2 000g.
5 cm Real-time Heave (Marine application)
The AHRS and INS models provide a 5 cm Heave, automatically adjusted to the wave period.
Connection to external GNSS and Odometer (Land Applications)
With the CAN Protocol, and the fusion with GNSS receiver and odometer, the Ellipse Micro is ideal for automotive applications.
