Full documentations are provided in the Development Kits. For some reasons, such as the loss of the installation CD-Rom, owners of a Development Kit can contact us at email@example.com in order to get a new copy of software and documentations (please mention your DK serial number and the product key when asking for a new copy).
Owners of units without DK can also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the corresponding documentations.
Software and Firmware upgrades are automatically checked and installed by the sbgUpdater, provided in the Development Kit. Find here more information about sbgUpdater and the DK.
